Are all your products hand-made?

Yes, first of all, our raw materials are carefully selected. Secondly, we guarantee that every product is hand-carved by our cooperative craftsmen.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We have warehouses in the US, UK, China, Australia.  It will take 2days if the item your ordred is in the stock in the local warehouse. Otherwise, it will need 6-10 days to deliver (US, Europe, CA, AUS, Japan, Korea, Singapore) . The other area, it need 7-12 days to arrived.

Time Frame: 

  • Processing time: Usually 1-2 bussiness days. However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process.
  • Shipping time: International orders usually take 5 to 10 full business days arrive in the destination country.
